Teaching on the line

I found this picture on the internet. I am not sure who it is or where it comes from. But it encapsulates everything I love about teachers. At this moment, my dear jenny is next door getting Year 2 ready for another day online. I can hear in their voices how important this connection is for them. How much enthusiasm they bring to the day online which will include art and hence a big mess in our dining room. I know from jenny that it is exhausting and at 3.30 she may need a gin and tonic or maybe just a strong cup of tea. But I just love the fact it is happening. In so many places! So I give thanks for all my teacher friends this day. You are the salt of the earth and the light of the world.
